We provide a 15-minute grace period for both parties before possible cancellation occurs. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and a 100% no-show fee will be charged. This is a studio with limited space, so please arrive alone unless otherwise discussed. Appointments are scheduled to maintain a smooth flow, so kindly book your desired services accordingly. Last-minute add-ons or service changes are not guaranteed. Please ensure your previous style is removed before your appointment to avoid additional charges. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. For recurring clients, a 40% fee will be charged for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance. If you fail to show up without prior notice, 100% of the service fee will be automatically charged. If your card cannot be charged for these fees, you will be placed on a “do not book” list, and future appointments will be prohibited. Deposits are non-refundable and eligible for one-time rescheduling only. You have 7 days from the initial cancellation to rebook the next available slot. After that, a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. After-hours or squeeze-in appointments are available 24/7, subject to availability, and may include additional fees. Any modifications made outside this process may not be accommodated. By booking your appointment, you authorize us to charge your card for any cancellation, no-show, or missed payment fees.
